This fruity spinach salad is high in Vitamins A & C, satisfying, and low calorie. Non-dairy. 375 calories per serving. 14 g. fat, 55 g. carb., 8 cal. fiber, 11 g. protein. 96% RDA Vit. A, 95% Vit. C, 47% calcium, 35% Total Folate, 48% Manganese.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tangerine, peeled and seeds removed
  • 1 ounce blueberries, cleaned
  • 12 cup imitation crabmeat
  • 2 tablespoons dry roasted salad almonds
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut raspberry vinaigrette dressing (80 cal. per serving)

Directions

  1. Wash spinach and lay out on plate. On top add artificial crabmeat, tangerine, blueberries, and almonds. Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette over all. Enjoy!
