This is a great recipe I made myself. I describe it as being "candied" chicken.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 uncooked unbreaded chicken breasts
  • Sauce

  • 14 cup oil (veg. or sunflower)
  • 13 cup orange juice (& extra for cooking if needed)
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Put sauce ingredients together and lightly simmer until bubbling.
  2. Cook chicken breast in about half of the sauce, cover, and cook on the stovetop.
  3. Continually add sauce as needed.
  4. Add orange juice as needed when sauce is gone.
  5. Cook until chicken is lightly browned.
