This is an easy way to get more soy into your diet, and is super yummy!
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 5 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 dash salt
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
It's impossible for a recipe to be any easier than this one!! I halved the recipe. I used original fat-free soymilk, three ice cubes, two packets of Splenda, and a couple of drops of vanilla extract. The resulting product was delicious and creamy! Thanks for posting.
