A recipe from my files that would be good on pork or chicken. Prep time does not include refrigeration time.
- 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- Whisk all ingredients together. Marinate in the refrigerator up to 24 hours.
Followed the reicpe to the letter except that I left out the extra 1/2 teaspoon salt, and it turned out really nice with the chicken breasts I had in the fridge. I'll make this again :) Thanks for posting!
