This was really good and so easy to make - I got home from work late tonight, so threw this together and had a nice, healthy meal on the table quickly. I also used the Splenda and turned the oven to high for the last few minutes. Definitely will be making this again. Thanks for posting!
So much flavour for such a simple recipe! I took Paula's suggestion and placed the fish under the boiler before serving. Very tasty, and easy enough for DH to cook all by himself, which is always a plus. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 2008.
The orange and light sweetness really sets this off. At the end of the cooking time, the fillets were placed under the broiler for a few minutes. This produced a nice glazed finish. Made for *PAC Spring 2008*
Great combination of flavors. I used 1 heaping Tbsp of Splenda Brown Sugar Baking Blend. I will definitely make this again. Reviewed for PAC Spring 2008.
Most flavorful and mosit fish I have had in awhile. Everyone loved it. For me, a little less brown sugar next time. What a great idea for a dinner party, simple to prepare, fast and oh so good
