A very old southern recipe. Cool and refreshing. Cook time is chilling time.
- 1 (6 ounce) package orange Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can frozen orange juice
- 1⁄2 pint whipped cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package instant lemon pudding
- Combine jello, water, pineapple, oranges and orange juice.
- Let congeal in the fridge.
- Combine whipped cream, milk and pudding and spread over congealed salad.
