I prepared this recipe exactly as shown and must say that this recipe is of restaurant quality. An added bonus being that it is very quick and simple to make too. I have 2 words to say "Super Fantastico". Thank you for sharing this exquisite masterpiece of a recipe. Perfectamundo!

My daughter likes dill sauces, so I tried this recipe with Tilapia instead of Orange Roughy; that's what I had in the freezer. She loved it!

This was great! Didn't have fresh dill so substituted 1 tsp of dried dill. My family really enjoyed this recipe. It's a keeper.

A great, quick recipe. I used the suggestion to add some bread crumbs to the top. It really made it a beautiful golden brown. Only problem with this recipe was that I didn't make enough! Everyone loved it!

Definitely a 5 star recipe. The only substitution that I made was the mayo ... we don't care for real mayo so I only have Miracle Whip on hand. Had fresh dill from the garden. Very easy to put together and great instructions. Oh, one other thing I did do was sprinkle a few bread crumbs on top before I put it under the broiler ... just a little more color and texture. Definitely a keeper.

Super easy to prepare and clean up. Directions were well written and easy to understand. I only had 2 fillets so I cut the sauce in half. I didn't have Mayo, so I used Light Miracle Whip. I also dind't have any lemon juice so I doubled the lime juice. The only mustard I had on hand was a spicy brown mustard and I only had dried dill. Considering I didn't have the right ingredients for this recipe, I'm surprised it turned out as good as it did. My 6 year old took a bite and her mouth dropped open. I thought she was going to say she didn't like it but she gasped, and said, "This is GOOD chicken" LOL. She ate her portion up and asked for more. Since we are trying to get out of the habit of eating 2nds, I told her she could have her "2nds" for lunch tomorrow. She grinned ear to ear! Thanks for a wonderful recipe. It's a keeper!

Just had this for dinner. It was awesome. I also did not have limes so I doubled the lemon juice and maybe added a pittance more dijon. I did use the parmesan but did not broil at the end...I think it got some nice golden color without the broiler but had to watch it carefully. I also used regular mayo and have retained the extra sauce I didnt need as a raw veggie dip. I served it with Risotto Milanese with asparagus. The family LOVED IT! thanks for posting it!

Major nomz! I could have bathed in this. (Ok, ew. The idea was far more attractive than the reality would be.) Perfectly cooked fish and perfectly sinful! I cheated and used regular-fat mayo, but I can't imagine the use of low-fat mayo taking anything away from this delightful dish. Thank you, Gwenn!

Great recipe! I just had lemon juice (no limes) so doubled that...otherwise stuck with the recipe. Awesome stuff, Gwenn, thanks! :~) I'll be making this weekly, I'm sure! Served with asparagus tonight. YUM

Wow! My hubby & I really enjoyed this; so much that tonight will be the 2'nd time in 2 weeks I've prepared this. I had purchased a few orange roughy filets from a local vendor and had never made them before. I needed a simple weeknight recipe. Who knew that this could pack a punch with so much flavor! Thanks Gwenn! This is going in my books for years to come!

This is the recipe that introduced me to recipezaar! It is EXCELLENT. I serve it for company. I suggest not putting the fish too close to the oven broiler. Put it on the next shelf down. 3-4 minutes may be all it needs for a nice golden finish.

I am NOT confident cooking fish, and my husband is quite particular about it, but this recipe got rave reviews from both of us first try.
