This was so easy and tasted great. I had dinner on the table in no time. I served it with some steamed veggies and a salad. I will have to make this again! Thanks Mysterygirl.

This is the best orange roughy recipe ever! I did substitute thinly sliced red onion for the green onion, and baked it on top of the fish. We will have this one often!

Very easy, fast and delicious. My 7 & 8 year old grandkids loved it and they hate fish. They want me to make it again!

okay this is strange. I thought it said 1tbl of Mayo not Margarine. I could not figure out why it was not cooked after ten minutes. My way took a lot longer but I still have give this five stars because I would have never got my receipe without this one. Thanks

MS this was an excellent dish that did not cover up the taste of the fish. I was very tempted to add garlic and some lemon pepper, but I usually like to make a recipe as is the first time and I'm glad I did. Really a great recipe. I had a little trouble spreading the butter/cheese mixture over the fish, as it didn't seem to spread well, but besides that, it was great. DH loved it. I made this for my Zaar recipe dinner tonight.
