    Directions:

      Cook the rice according to the package directions using orange juice in place of the water.

      Remove from heat and stir in the orange zest, carrot and green onion.

      REALLY, REALLY NICE TASTING RICE, & a recipe that I'll definitely make again! We really enjoyed the orange flavor here & think it would be great used with other rices as well!       I love rice, and I thought this was just fantastic. Very citrusy and tasty. The recipe states that it serves 6-8, but it was just enough to serve my family of 5 (with no leftovers). Thanks for sharing your recipe, susie cooks. Made for "New Kids On The Block" tag game.
