Very light and refreshing! I hate the chemical taste of fat free items; so I opted to use 2 three ounce regular orange Jello packets with only one cup of boiling water as well as regular sour cream and Cool Whip. The sour cream gave it just the right amount of sweetness without being sickening sweet. Hint: Be sure to use a large Angel Food Cake.

I made this yummy-licious dessert last night to take to a "Girls Night" potluck tonight. Big hit!! This tastes so light with big flavours. I wasn't sure what "frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed" was so I used 1 1/2 cups of Ultra Low Fat Cool Whip & it was perfect! With the products I used (and by cutting it into 12 servings), each serving has 208 calories & .95g of fat.
