This is sooooooo good.
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk (thick)
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1⁄4 teaspoon gingerroot, fresh,peeled,grated
- 1⁄2 cup crushed ice or 2 small ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Thank you this was delicious! I used fresh pineapple and raw coconut butter and teaspoon flaxmeal. I had no ginger to use but I enjoyed it.
