My favorite drink!
- Place ingredients in blender in listed order.
- Blend for about 30 seconds.
- Drink immediately.
- Important: use fresh sweet organic fruit.
- Optional: You can add a couple ice cubes if you want it cold, but I prefer it room temperature - it feels very tropical and authentic that way.
As far as smoothies go, they don't come any easier or tastier than this! I made this as listed and agree that it is better at room temperature - you can really taste all of the fresh fruit. Delish! Made for my adopted chef for Spring PAC 2013. Thanks Attainable Health! :)
