These are great for gifts.
- Mix and boil the sugar, orange juice and water to soft boil stage.
- Remove from heat and add orange peel and pecans and mix well.
- Stir until the syrup begins to look cloudy and has thickened.
- Pour mixture out onto a well greased waxed paper.
- Allow to cool completely then break apart.
- Store in airtight containers.
