Orange Pecan Hot Wings

  • Cut wings into 3 pieces; discard tips.
  • Whisk eggs, orange juice concentrate and water until mixed well.
  • Combine flour and pecans in a bag.
  • Dip wings in egg mix, then toss in flour-pecan mix.
  • Pour butter into a 15x10 inch baking pan.
  • Arrange wings in single layer in pan.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 375* for 25 minutes.
  • Combine sauce ingredients.
  • Spoon half over the wings; turn wings and spoon on the remaining.
  • Bake 30 minutes longer, until juices run clear.

  1. Wow, these are awesome! The mess and prep time are worth it. I made these for a football party and was asked to make more right away. They come out juicy and tender. I managed to get just drummettes from my local Giant which made prep that much easier

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
