There is a smoothie bar near where I work and they sell this delicious smoothie called a "sama jama". Well I took a look at what was in it, threw it all in a blender, and voila it was almost identical. This is absolutely delicious and super healthy.

Yum! I like this more than I thought I would - it's very tasty! I had some trouble getting it to blend, as I used all frozen fruit, so I added a little extra sherbert and half a cup of nonfat vanilla yogurt. That did the trick! The resulting smoothie is tasty and a lovely color to boot!
- 8 fluid ounces orange juice
- 4 strawberries (frozen)
- 1 peach (frozen)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 scoop Orange sherbet
Directions See How It's Made
- Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add some more orange juice. If it is too thin, add some ice cubes or more frozen fruit.
- The smoothie is equally good if you leave the sherbet out but not as "tangy".
