  • 4 top loin pork chops
  • 13 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard

  • In non-stick skillet, brown chops on one side over medium-high heat.
  • Turn chops and stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Lower heat and simmer covered for 6-8 minutes.

  1. Good, easy weeknight recipe when you don't have a lot of time to make something fancy. Has a nice tang. My husband who is not a big pork chop fan, asked me to add it to our recipe rotation.
