This was in a pork recipe brochure and is really so simple and tasty - had to post if before I lost the brochure lol!
- 4 top loin pork chops
- 1⁄3 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- In non-stick skillet, brown chops on one side over medium-high heat.
- Turn chops and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Lower heat and simmer covered for 6-8 minutes.
Good, easy weeknight recipe when you don't have a lot of time to make something fancy. Has a nice tang. My husband who is not a big pork chop fan, asked me to add it to our recipe rotation.
