Wonderful!! These muffins came out so light and flavorfull. They have a great orange taste that was a very nice change from the usual. I didn't change a thing in this recipe. It was very easy to follow and very easy to do! Thanks, Diggy for this keeper!! I would like to give you another blue ribbon!! :-)

I think there is a mistake in this recipe. I went against my better judgement and put in the 3 teaspoons each of salt, baking powder, and baking soda - wow was it salty! I made it again using only 1 teaspoon of each. It tasted pretty good that way, but next time I think I'll use only 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

I think there might have been a mistake with recipe, as I used the 3 tsp salt, 3tsp baking soda, and 3 tsp baking powder, the muffins are not even edible. I think the recipe may have to be changed.
