We loved this one. I used Triple Sec and Grand Marnier. For the margarita mix, I used sweet and sour. Yummy :)

The hottest day of the year and this is the drink we chose to cool down with - it was a goody too! I used grand mariner for the orange liquor and kept everything else the same. My DH and I have made 4 of these tonight and what we've found it that we like just a really quick dash of oj so that the drink doesn't become too sweet. I rimmed my glass with salt - yum! Careful, this baby is strong! Made for Lorac Cook-a-thon!

I didn't have the orange liqueur, but it still tastes great without it! The orange juice at the end is a really nice touch as well. My day feels better already! Thanks!!

This is very tasty, on the sweet side - yum! Adding the fresh squeezed juice is perfect. Thanks for posting, Lorac, this is a keeper!

I didn't have citronge or tuaca, so I used curacao and triple sec. This is very nice. I did add a little more tequila.

Note: this is best made with a fresh Margarita mix made of 2 parts fresh lime juice, 1 part fresh lemon juice and sugar to taste. Don't use sweet sour mix.
