I made this for lunches this week. Really hearty. Reminded me a bit of cream of broccoli soup, just with a nice little zing from the orange zest and red pepper (I added a bit extra). This soup is absolutely pure comfort. The unique ingredients make a delicious and different soup. I used full-fat milk and cheese and regular broth. Other than that, I changed nothing. The oats reminded me of barley. And the orange zest was perfect. Thanks LittleWing.
