      Made for the "My Three Chefs" theme was dehydrator goodies (Dehydrator Delights :) ) - - - this was one of three fruit roll-up recipes that I attempted & I was very happy with the results is the first time I have introduced another sweetener to my fruit leather while drying (the corn syrup - I only had dark on hand so that's what was used)...I found that it lent a lovely amber color to the roll - and a chewier more candied quality - very pleasing...I put this recipe in the machine with other mixtures and found that it took a bit longer to dry because of the additional sugar and "thickness" (which is to be expected...really a good 10 hours for me- but as you will find with dehydrating circumstance even with weather can change results with timing something and it has been humid here of late...:) ) These rolls came out exceptionally sturdy and neat looking...I felt very professional (lol) because I am normally very sloppy at presentation ...I was very pleased:)...I love this healthier way of "candy" making - Great recipe- THANKS ksilvan:) -a BIG HIT. Easy and you can't go wrong!
