Oh boy, was this good. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts, and didn't happen to have jalapenos on hand, so I added chili powder. I thought I was in heaven. No leftovers, what a great flavor, and best of all, it's low fat and EASY to make. We really liked this one. It's a keeper.

WOW!!! This is now one of my husbands favorite dishes. He likes hot spicy dishes and this one was perfect. I used chicken thighs and jar jalapeno's and cooked in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

We decided to beat the Easter turkey rush and cut up a whole turkey beginning of the week....2 legs and 2 thighs into this great easy recipe. Went great as a side to scrambled eggs and home fries....awesome on a bun. We will definitely do this recipe again

This is very good and simple to make. Not at all spicy, so next time I'll use more jalapeno.

Thanks for a new recipe to try, ChrisMc!! Gato and I liked it! I used pork and I prepared a side of white rice with pineapple. I made 2-5oz chops on the stove so I cooked them (covered) on low for about 20 minutes and then used the "gravy" as a pour over for the rice. YUM! Next time (and there WILL be one) I will add orange marmalade for more orange flavor, and cut the quantity of mustard a bit because it was REALLY strong (and we like mustard a lot). Thanks, again. I wish I had photo'd for you. Next time!

Wow this really was a great tasting meal. I didn't have any Honey mustard so I made my own, I just added a little honey to some spicy brown mustard. This will definitly be made again. Thank you.

AMAZING ! I followed the suggestion of Virginia's and used chicken thighs (extremely yummy pieces of meat, IMO). I added one more jalapeno and it was scrumptious! If you are a spicy food kind of person, go for the extra pepper :-) Loved every bite!
