Beetroot n goatcheese autumn salad

  1. Boil beet root with vinegar salt and sugar bay leaf .
  2. Once the beet root is fully cooked. Remove the skin and cut in 1/2inch thick roundels.
  3. Reduce the fresh orange juice in sugar and add vinegar n fresh thyme . Make it like a syrup and coat the beetroot in tht juice n keep it for marinated.
