Delicious treat for orange lovers!
- 500 ml orange juice
- 4 seedless oranges, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pure honey
- Blend everything together in a blender.
- Process till smooth.
- Strain into a jug.
- Serve chilled on a hot summer afternoon!
This made enough for 2 1/2 decent sized servings. Although one person is very capable of polishing this off in one sitting as it is quite delicious :-D. Took about 10 minutes to make and made a very pleasant change to my breakfast routine.
