- 1 cup honey
- 1⁄3 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon orange zest, freshly grated (peel)
- Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Cook, uncovered, over a medium heat, stirring frequently,until butter is melted and the syrup is smooth.
