A good dessert or breakfast served with yogurt or ice-cream. Looks pretty served in melon bowls or wedges. Quantitites dont really matter- just use what you have
To make the glaze- combine the glaze ingredients in a smalle microwavable dish and heat on High for 2 -3 minutes, until syrupy. TO use a saucepan- heat 4 to 5 minutes in a small saucepan until syrupy. Set aside.

For the fruit salad- use a melon baller or small dice to prepare the rockmelon. Hull and quarter the strawberries. Peel the kiwifruits and slice in half and then into wedges. Mix all the fruit and berries in a bowl.

Drizzle the fruit with the glaze and toss to coat evenly.
Simple but elegant. This was a nice summer salad. I made half with strawberries and half without as I am allergic to strawberries and it was nice both ways.
