Orange Glazed Pork Chops

"This is a family favorite of ours. I often double the sauce ingredients, because my very picky son loves it over rice. When I'm only serving DH and myself I sometimes add peppers and onions. This is a very flexible recipe, as well as simple and very good."

  1. This was an excellent recipe! The sauce had a delicious sweet and sour orange taste. I used boneless rib eye pork medallions and served with rice and mixed veggies. I'll be making this often.

Hi, I live in Orlando, Fl., though I'm originally from the Atlanta area. I'm truely southern and most of my cooking experience has been in the traditional "fried or barbqued" area. Lately I've been trying to change that. When my DH told me I could do other things besides fry and bbq, my reply was "Like what?". I am learning many other things to do now. I work third shift for a local retailer and really enjoy it. For fun, my DH and I cook, garden and really enjoy our two dogs.
