Orange Glazed Pecans

ingredients

• 1 egg white
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 3 cups pecans

directions

1. Beat egg white until foamy.
2. Add salt, cinnamon and orange juice.
3. Fold in sugar and mix well.
4. Add pecans.
5. Bake on a well greased cookie sheet at 250 F degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
6. Turn pecans every 15 minutes.
7. Store in airtight container.
