I made a little bit of adjustment here, but kept to the same general idea. I doubled the portion for 1 person, left out the optional caraway, subbed more marmalade (kumquat) for the sugar and also added a chopped blood orange, along with any of the juice that came out from it while chopping. It was really superb. The kumquat marmalade (from Greece) is very rind-y and went really well with it.
