  1. In saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk and marshmallows.
  2. Bring to a boil over med.
  3. heat.
  4. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients.
  6. Beat well until fudge thickens,about 5 minutes.
  7. Pour into buttered 8 inch square baking pan.
  8. Chill untilfirm.
  9. Cut into squares.
