I often take a platter of fruit and this dip to picnics, bridal showers and family events. Depending on the season, I'll have strawberries, cantaloupe apples and other fresh fruits.
- 354.88 ml cold milk
- 170.09 g can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 96.38 g package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 59.14 ml sour cream
- fresh fruit
- In a bowl, whisk milk, orange juice concentrate and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Whisk in sour cream. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve with fresh fruit.
Really enjoyed this combo of ingredients ~ Very, very nice! I mde & served this as a dip, but can definitely see it enjoyed as a fruit salad dressing as the last reviewer indicated! One of the best fruit dips I have tried. Very fresh tasting. I served this with a fruit salad of chopped apples, oranges and fresh blueberries. Everyone loved it. Thanks for posting.
