Ingredients Nutrition

  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 20 large marshmallows, quartered
  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • food coloring, if desired

Directions

  1. In a heavy saucepan, heat the orange juice and marshmallows, over medium-low heat till marshmallows melt.
  2. Cool until it thickens a little.
  3. Whip cream and fold orange juice mixture into cream.
  4. Add food coloring if desired.
