ingredients

• 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 oranges, juice of
• 1 orange rind, finely grated
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 2 sprigs flat leaf parsley

directions

1. put all ingredients into a small screw top jar tighten lid
2. shake until well blended.
