Low calorie drink that is great for brunch. From Better Homes and Gardens magazine. Cook time reflects time to freeze orange juice.
- 1 cup orange juice, fresh
- 1⁄2 ounce Grand Marnier
- 1⁄2 ounce club soda
- Place 1/2 c orange juice in small ice cube trays. Freeze.
- Pour Grand Marnier and remaining orange juice in glass over ice cubes made with orange juice.
- Top with a splash of club soda, if desired.
