Delicious, refreshing and healthy! This is often breakfast for my kids when there isn't time for anything else.
- 4 ounces milk
- 4 ounces low-fat plain yogurt
- 4 ounces orange juice
- 1 banana
- 1 -2 tablespoon honey (depending on how sweet you like your smoothies)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Blend all ingredients together for 30 seconds and enjoy!
