      Combine milk, yogurt, orange juice concentrate and vanilla extract in blender. Blend 15 seconds to combine ingredients. Add ice cubes and blend about 20 seconds to crush ice. Serve immediately.

      Love this! And it does taste like a nice light creamsicle. Much more healthy than a creamsicle though! I skipped on the ice cubes cause I prefer my smoothies with out them and used 1% milk.

      I love smoothies and this one is totally satisfying! The yogurt gives it a creamy texture and I love the orange vanilla flavor. Thanks for posting! Made for the Potluck tag game.
