This is a very popular drink with the ladies at the Sunday Champagne Brunches at the restaurant where I use to work.
- 2 1⁄2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 whole orange, zest of
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle asti spumante sparkling wine or 1 (8 ounce) bottle champagne
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- strawberry (to garnish)
