    Yep ANOTHER recipe for your Amish Starter. . .and this one is perfect for holiday gift giving. I lightened up the recipe a bit with sugar free jello, applesauce and much less sugar than traditional Friendship Bread recipe. I made mine into 5 mini loaves, but you could also make 2 large loaves and increase your cooking time.

    Directions:

      Mix together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients – adding the cranberries, zest and pecans last.

      Pour into 5 greased mini loaf pans and bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes.
