- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1⁄3 cup butter or 1⁄3 cup margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 orange, rind of, grated
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Cream sugar and butter together until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 350°F until filling is firm, about 45 minutes.
