Review updated...please read in it all. I was a bit disappointed in this recipe initially. At least in the quantities given per is too weak. Not much flavor. The only reason I didn't rate it lower is that I will agree that I prefer a more bold flavor in tea. I decided today to make an amendment to this review. I didn't want to just throw this out so left the orange zest in the container for several hours last night. Just before going to bed I strained the tea to remove the zest and put it into the refrigerator. The orange zest sitting in the tea for several hours did improve the taste considerably. I will probably try making this again in the future but will let the tea bags steep for about an hour for better flavor. I find that when making Iced Tea you have to let the tea steep much longer than when making a pot of hot tea. It probably has to do with the fact that the Iced Tea is going to be much more diluted with the addition of more water and ice. Made for ZWT #6 - 2010.
