We loved these pancakes! The amount of orange flavor paired really well with the chocolate chips. Yum. The pancakes fluffed up nicely, too. This recipe made about 12 good sized pancakes. Thanks for this yummy treat!

What great pancakes! Light and fluffy and the orange and chocolate are a perfect match. Especially loved the orange butter with this - between that and the chocolate chips these pancakes needed no syrup at all. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

These were wonderful pancakes. Light, fluffy, tender and oh so flavorful. I loved the subtle flavor of the orange with the bittersweet chocolate chips. I will be making these again and again. Thanks so much for sharing this tasty treat.

Update: They are just as awesome every time I make them. I never get tired of these babies.

These were quite nice! I made them a little healthier by using 3 tbsps applesauce and 1 tbsp oil, skim milk, 1 c. nutriwheat flour and 1/2 c. ap flour, and i only put chocolate in 1/2 the pancakes, I put blueberries in the other half. For the chocolate, I cut up some good quality milk chocolate. I didn't have quite enough orange rind so I added some orange juice concentrate. I got 10 pancakes, and they were enjoyed. Thanks!

Can't go wrong with the combination of orange and chocolate! This was a great way to shake up plain old pancakes. We very much enjoyed these. Thanks for sharing!

These were lovely pancakes. I halved the recipe and decreased the salt and baking soda slightly. I used mandarin zest as I had run out of oranges, chopped up bittersweet chocolate and I added a tablespoon of sugar as I like my pancakes slightly sweet. The kids loved them and had two each with chocolate hazelnut spread on them. An interesting variation on the basic pancake recipe.

I did small pancakes. And I got 8 pancakes. I used blood orange zest (cause that's the only oranges I got). I top these with only orange marmalade (no butter). And even without the marmalade, they taste yummy. DH took maple syrup. Thanks Mom2Rose :)
