This is wonderful as a dip for fresh fruit and excellent on poppy seed muffins or buns. You can also use it on dessert breads or to make a sandwich.
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- Combine cream cheese and sugar and blend well.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until creamy.
- Refrigerate until serving.
