"If you like, put this butter in a half of orange that has had the pulp removed to serve."

• Yields: 1/2 cup

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1⁄4 cup orange marmalade
• 1 teaspoon orange zest

directions

1. Mix butter and marmalade together.
2. Add orange zest and mix.
3. Refrigerate until you're ready to serve.
