made for Healthy Choices Tag and adapted to better suit my heath needs and preferences-made a buttermilk sub of nut milk and lemon, used vegan egg re-placer, Earth Balance &brown sugar splenda (so used under 1tblsp)... ground some of own wheat and buckwheat (from dehydrated sprouts) and subbed some of the white flour w/ a flour blend based on recipe#404288 ...came out lovely...really liked the sweet hint of orange- nice taste with the nutty buck and wheat...a super bread - Thanks :)

  1. Add all ingredients to the bread pan according to the order in the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Set crust on dark and program for the Basic cycle; press Start.
  3. *The dough ball will be moist and springy.
  4. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack; let cool to room temperature before slicing.
