Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
  • 1 glass fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cherries, to garnish

Directions

  1. Blend everything together (except the cherry) and pour into a glass.
  2. Add a layer of crushed ice cubes.
  3. Top it with a cherry.
  4. Hmm, sip away, with a big smile!

It was good. I think it was just a tad too sweet, next time I might make it without the sugar. My DH wasn't too thrilled with it..he thought it was too thick???? I didn't understand that, but thought I'd mention it. Thanks for the great recipe.

Simple, quick, and yummy. I made this right after work today (had been looking forward to it for a couple days and finally had time). It was a great way to start winding down. I had 4 oz of o.j. and used 2 tsp chocolate syrup in that (it was a serious chocolate-fix kind of day!). I didn't feel I needed any sugar with that and didn't add any, but I did enjoy the balance from that tiny pinch of salt.
