Orange Blossom Carrot Salad

This carrot salad is representing the Middle East for ZWT 6. Orange flower water is distilled from bitter orange blossoms and is used to flavor drinks, salads, and desserts. Chef Evie Lieb adapted the recipe from The New Book of Middle Eastern Food.

  1. Combine all the ingredients except mint. Chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Serve garnished with slivers of mint leaves.

ypu rated mine i will rate yours ist all i had was plain brown raisins after making this i can see were the goldens would be prettier i had a nice orange blossem flavor which i like it is refresing i made half and leftovers would be good in morning glory muffins but i dont think your going to have any zaar tour 6
