- 1 cup black beans
- 1⁄2 cup orange
- 1⁄2 cup apple
- 1⁄4 cup red onion
directions
- Rinsed and drained Black Beans.
- Peel, section, coarsely chop oranges.
- Diced Apple and Red onion.
- Finely minced Flat leaf Parsley and/or fresh Thyme, to taste.
- Dress with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
