From Southern Living. Great breakfast smoothie!
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries in light syrup
- 1 (6 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
Delicious. I used fresh strawberries and some brown sugar and it wasn't much sweet but good for us. I used 3% yogurt, 2 % milk and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Made for Veggie Swap 37 ~ August 2011 ~ For the VIP.
This was one of the best smoothies I have had! I did only make 1/4 of the recipe which was perfect for me. My 1 yr old loved it too. Thanks! Made this for Everyday is a holiday tag 2010.
