The taste was really good, but it was extremely salty. Low sodium Soy Sauce is a must.

I have made this several times-it's delicious! I use a bit more honey and the reduced sodium soy because it can get a little salty. I use fresh gingerroot. I like to serve this with steamed rice and Asian -style veggies or broccoli.
