This is fantastic! Try it on a spinach salad with red onions and mandarin oranges.
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- Place all of the ingredients in a jar. Put the lid on and shake to combine.
Very nice base recipe. I ended up adding two cloves of garlic and 3 Tbs of minced onion for some substance.... just a personal thing, this was great on a spinach salad with mango and strawberries!
This is wonderful. For those who would like the dressing to be thicker, try using frozen orange juice instead of fresh. Still tastes great.
