  1. Combine the apple juice and cinnamon stick in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the tea and stir all the ingredients together. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the mixture into a mug and garnish with slices of orange and apple.
